When initially engaging with Barry Plant Real Estate we were not sure what to expect and to say the least we were hesitant and cautious to begin the process of selling our home and purchasing a new property. Upon meeting both David and Leanne our worries eased and we were guided through the entire process by two very professional and impressive people. David and Leanne, along with all those we dealt with at Barry Plant were absolutely lovely, very professional, understanding and patient. Leanne's attention to detail is second to none and David's professionalism and knowledge of the market were exceptional. Would highly recommend the team at Barry Plant to anyone. Thank you again!

When we were considering on selling our high-end prestigious home, it was important to us to find an agent with an understanding of the intricacies within complex real estate deals, especially in a slowing market. Any agent can sell a good property, but negotiating a successful deal that breaks all sale records in a stale market, requires a specific set of skills. Having chosen Michael to sell our home, Michael's reputation as having the highest grossing sales in the area quickly presented itself, with Michael quickly and successfully negotiating with multiple bidders in a complex expression of interest environment. Michael was able to provide multiple offers for our consideration with leverage on each offer to get the highest sale price in the area by hundreds of thousands of dollars. Michael showed integrity, and was confidently poised to take on all complex negotiations, disclosing important factors and providing relevant professional advice in what otherwise can be a highly stressful environment. We would highly recommend Michael Egan to anyone who wants to have real confidence in selling their home at the highest price. His sales record speaks for itself and with our sale he added another record to that list.

I recently sold a property through David and was impressed with the efficiency of David's team, how easy they made the whole process, their regular communication on the progress on the sale, and how well they knew and judged the market. While I was always asked for my opinion, whenever I accepted their advice it turned out to be the correct decision, and so I was very happy with the whole process and experience.

David , Leanne and the team at Barry Plant have been the ultimate professionals with their appraisal and marketing knowledge of the firstly the relative selling price and the possible buyer for the price range for the suburb the house was situated in . It all came together nicely on the day of the auction with the previous weeks having Wednesdays and Saturday viewings of the property it attracted a good variety of bidders

Our experience with the whole Barry Plant team was exceptional. Michael guided us through the sale process with reassurance and professionalism. Good communication was very important to us and Michael kept us informed throughout the whole time. We achieved the second highest selling price in all of Bundoora this year and we couldn’t be happier with the success of the sale. Thank you to the whole team at Barry Plant (Belinda and Rina also) for working together so hard for this great result.
