From the moment I met David and his team members I felt very confident that the sale would go through positively. Their Market experience and knowledge of Real Estate was 100%. I became very aware of how to present my property for sale and achieve all the rewards. I was guided into a new field and made aware of the help that was available to improve the property. Just prior to the Auction I became nervous however David made time to visit and speak with me reassuring me that all would work out. With his expertise and his team on the day of the Auction I was completely blown away with his professionalism in conducting the auction and achieving a wonderful outcome. Thank you David Moxon and team and would I recommend Barry Plant to anyone intending to sell or purchase. Yes I would without hesitation. Great job with a great outcome.

I cannot recommend David and the Staff at Barry Plant highly enough for their care, and professional service shown to us through the initial run up and final sale of our home… We will be grateful to him for his honest approach and manner which he conducted himself throughout the duration of the marketing period. Again we cannot thank you enough David as inexperienced vendors you really kept us up to date with all matters leading to the final and satisfactory settlement of our property…. Thank you again….
