Omar's professionalism and drive during the sale of my property was second to none. I was contacted by him almost every few days or after an important update, open house or meeting. After having a mediocre experience with a separate firm's rental division (when I was looking for a rental), dealing with Omar has been tremendous. He is knowledgeable, professional and to the point in all of his communications. Most importantly, he gets the end result you're looking for. If you are wanting to sell your home - trust me Omar is your man. I was very inexperienced in the property market and a lesser agent would have maybe taken advantage of that. Omar however, seems to be able to find that balance between keeping the best interests of not only a seller, but also the buyer, at the forefront of major decisions. I always respected his honesty and frankness even in moments where my suggestions were unrealistic. He isn't afraid to tell it like it is and this most always leads to a mutually beneficial arrangement between buyer and seller. Omar is my families official "go-to" agent for any and all our property needs. Although my preference would be that we keep Omar as 'our family secret', its inevitable that we will be sharing his expertise with other buyers/sellers and if you have had bad experiences with other agents before, or never sold/bought a property before; I'd highly recommend Omar as your first point of contact.
