Omar Morsi

My experience with Omar from AMS was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the beginning, it felt like he only worked in the seller’s interest and provided no real support to me as the buyer. He did not help at all in dealing with the seller or explaining important details during the process. Just before settlement, when the property was under legal guidance, I tried multiple times to contact him regarding important matters. He completely refused to answer or respond. At handover, I was given almost nothing related to the property — only a few window keys and one garage key. When I asked about the remaining keys and access, he said that was all he had. This was despite previously promising that the owner would provide all appliance information and all keys, including the digital front door lock access — which never happened. I purchased the house at auction. During the final inspection, I was told the property would be handed over “as is.” The house was left in very poor condition: dirty floors and carpets, items left behind by the vendor, missing keys, and no proper handover. When I raised concerns, Omar said he could not come back or assist further. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic support was shocking. The company itself was no better — no one was helpful or willing to take responsibility. I would not recommend this agent or agency to anyone.

Omar Morsi was very unprofessional in handling the sale/purchase of my property. He didn't seem very interested when he was showing me the property at my first inspection or my final inspection and when I had questions he answered them very abruptly and appeared like he had no time to give me. I am very disappointed in my experience that I had with Omar personally and I would definitely not recommend him nor use him ever again.

From day 1, Omar was excellent at communicating and keeping me updated with very helpful insights. On top of his great market knowledge, he does not set expectations too high unnecessary and very realistic. No dodgy business and most importantly, very polite. He also got everything sorted out for me (fixes, painting, etc) keeping me updated but not hassled. Being living in a different state, it is hard just trust a real estate agent over the phone, however Omar was exceptionally great. Thanks Omar

Omar was amazing from the beginning till the end! He kept us informed throughout the process and was always approachable! His hard worked definitely paid off, he sold our first ever home we built for $39K over the reserve! We were so happy with the end result! We highly recommend Omar over and over gain.
