Superstar and super quick
Nathan is a superstar. Everything went so quick and can’t believe that we got a house in less than 24 hrs from a private inspection. Nathan also has been helping me with all my queries and numerous request to go into the property before settlement to measure things.

Excellent market knowledge
Nathan was a pleasure to work with from our initial consult, through to the auction and settlement of our property. His market knowledge was spot on. Professional, timely and knowledgable
Nathan helped sell our house a couple of weeks ago. He was our sales agent and also our auctioneer. Nathan was always easy to contact, always turned up on time and would keep us updated throughout the process. He is confident and well spoken and just a really nice guy. He used his sales knowledge and knowledge of the area to get us the result we were looking for. We are super happy we used Nathan to sell our house!

100% satisfaction
I recently listed my house for sale with Nathan Hick as my controlling agent . Upon meeting Nathan for the first time . I was immediately impressed by Nathans professional personality , extensive knowledge and enthusiasm . After follow up contact was generated by Nathan and myself , I knew Nathan would provide my best opportunity for a successful sale . The sales strategy Nathan developed after completing a walk through and consulting with me targeted the serious buyer . The first open house day had a morning and afternoon viewing to attract as many people as possible . This strategy proved a wise move as viewing numbers were strong . A second viewing day run during the midweek afternoon attracted another strong response . Numerous people were verbally making offers during these 2 viewing days . After the open house had concluded Nathan suggested to call in all formal offers . Following the hard work and diligence of Nathan , the next day 3 written offers were presented to me . That in itself is an excellent response . The offers themselves were all outstanding and above my expectations . Nathan went through and analyzed each offer with me . I then informed Nathan of which offer I would accept . Upon my signing of the contract I was a bit overwhelmed and on an emotional high . Selling a house can be a stressful process but Nathans guidance eliminated any concerns . I was at peace the whole way through knowing that Nathan had my best interests at heart . Professional and timely!
I met Nathan 4 weeks prior to selling my property whilst he was propspecting door to door locally, I had no intention of selling at that time allthough that changed very quickly after finding another property only weeks later. I called Nathan and had my property listed within 4 days and sold within two weeks for a great result! Nathan provided great feedback throughout so I was always across open times and who was coming through - I highly recommend Nathan and would happily sell with him again!
