Very happy with James from Barry Plant
We spoke to all the local agents before deciding to go with James Brougham at Barry Plant .James really tried to get a great result for us and put a campaign together to maximise the result at a difficult selling time being winter and during an overlong election campaign. After a small delay he negotiated strongly on our behalf and achieved the sale price we seeked .l'd recommend James as an agent who doesn't rush through a sale, always having a positive end result in his and the vendors interest in mind.Thanks for the hard work James.

Realistic and honest
Set up great strategy to get high interest and we achieved a realistic price. Actively kept us informed and worked offers to get a great result which was fair and reasonable. Both James and his staff had an air of measured control which worked towards and achieved a great outcome in a timely manner. James is both very approachable and lives locally. He is really the sort of guy you would be happy to use again. Disarming yet thoroughly professional. Well done.

Professional
We have bought and sold quiet a few properties over the years. We like James as he is always professional, honest, reliable. We can trust he will work in our best interests when selling a property and be honest whe we are purchasing a property. We have had a few dodgy and even dishonest agents in the past so it's nice to know those things will not be an issue when dealing with James.
