We worked with Ryan to sell our apartment in Doncaster. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and quite helpful. As a vendor, you aim to get as much as possible for your product. However, your product/ house is only worth what someone else is prepared to pay. Ryan worked with us to stage the apartment and make it as attractive as possible to potential buyers. He also listened to us. In the end, he sold the apartment after one week and got us an offer we could live with. I would recommend Ryan to other vendors because he listens, is knowledgeable about the market and keeps us in the loop at all times.
