Sale of my property in East Doncaster

Wouldn’t hesitate calling Scott again for all my Real Estate needs
As someone who was a local property manager in the area for some time, it is always hard to go against a brand that you knew so well. However when I did my research, selling an apartment with Scott was a no brainer. All you have to do is scroll through the SOLD section of realestate.com.au to know that not only does Scott sell a lot of apartments in Manningham he sells them for top dollar! Being located 4hrs away from my place now, and still being in the crazy Covid world I was super nervous about selling. Scott made the process simple, he did all of the organising, kept in touch and was so lovely to deal with at every step. When we first discussed selling price I wasn’t shy about pushing Scott to get a good price - but he totally blew my mind with what he ended up securing as the sale price! $22,000 more than my dream amount, and a record for my building also!! And did I mention he did all of this within 5 days of the property hitting the market and another offer to fall back on!! Sales Specialist
After meeting with the client and working out there was no suitable floor plans in my off the plan development, Scott still managed to secure the sale but redrawing a plan that did suit them right in front of the client. What is most amazing is the redrawn plan had no impact on the buildings design parameters. Scott's in depth knowledge goes well beyond sales and in normal circumstances the client would have bought elsewhere.

Above and Beyond
Ever experienced inspecting a property and not hearing from the agent afterwards? During the uncertainties of 2020 the buyer was naturally cautious to commit. Scott met with them 3 times and stayed in contact over 8 months to achieve the sale. Where most give up, he does not. A well earnt sale Scott, well done!

We were provided with insightful advice regarding the market, the approach to selling the property, and the strategy to be employed on the day of sale. Spiro and Scott communicated well with the tenant which was critical for the inspections, and general smooth running of the marketing period. They kept us well informed of the marketing progress, with details about interested parties. They also promptly attended to an unexpected gas leak in the unit, which occurred whilst the tenant was away - so greatly appreciated their timely response to what could have resulted in a dangerous situation.

Good old fashioned personalised service
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Plus one) Phoned the agency and asked for someone who was experienced as I had worked in real estate myself. Met Scott for the first time and knew straight away he was the right agent from the start. We quickly built a strong rapport. After the worst year of my life, I needed someone who could take the stress out of selling and he delivered. He turned up on time and didn’t try to spin me the “usual” real estate “jargon.” Just straight forward and honest. “How rare in this day and age”. He kept me informed every step of the way. He listened to me and clearly understood my needs. Although I didn’t achieve my “ultimate dream price (which may have been a little inflated)” Scott managed to quickly achieve the best price possible in these most difficult times that COVID-19 has left us in. Quick sale, off market for a good price
