Riley is an enthusiastic agent who is learning the ropes of the real estate game. He was approachable and kept in constant contact through the buying process. He was probably a little bit too enthusiastic in giving information before it was locked into a contract or offer, which then built up the buyers expectations which then had to be let down. This is a learning curve all agents need to go through. We believe he tried his best for us in negotiations with the vendor and was honest with his discussions about the property.
