Very professional and great customer service!
I had such a pleasant interaction with Property manager for this property it was amazing. The most shocking thing was she answered all my questions instantly, it didn’t matter if it was after hours or the weekend, and she was so polite to communicate with. Tom's been Great!
We've had a fantastic experience with Barry Plant Essendon. We are new tenants here but everything has been done efficiently and attentively, which has been appreciated given we had a few minor maintenance issues, which have been addressed. I've rented from Barry Plant in Yarraville before as well and had a comparably good experience. Can recommend.

Exceptional service
Property Manager Taila Marra has been managing our properties for the past 2 years and has always impressed with her unfailing courtesy, diligence and attention to detail. Most recently, she worked tirelessly to secure new tenants for our Brunswick property over the notoriously difficult Christmas/New Year period. As usual, she excelled.
