It is always hard to sell a property and even harder as Executor for a family member's estate - to find the perfect Agent to assist with this is extremely important. If you are about the sell a property, no doubt you have spoken to several agencies and agents and will be overwhelmed with making that final decision. This was certainly the case for me and after one meeting with Dion, the decision was made very easily. Not all agents are the same, making the wrong decision is going to cost you money and lose potential buyers. I picked Barry Plant because of their professional presentation and the enthusiasm that the team had shown through out the process. In particular, all interested parties that arrived on any open day had to present a form of ID. This showed precaution and privacy to the seller. Alycia kept me informed and updated on a weekly basis on all the events, however I could only hope that all real estate agents be more realistic with the market value of a property.
