I highly recommend Barry Plant as rental property managers. They have loads of contacts when things require fixing at your property, have great technology that helps them to find you the right tenants and have great technology when it comes to inspection reports and being able to compare photos from one inspection to another. I truly believe they are also able to get you a higher rental return then other agents based on their technology to help them find you tenants. If I did not go through Barry Plant, I honestly would have advertised my property at $30-$40 less than what Barry Plant said they were confident they could get and they found me a great tenant within a few days.
