Service plus
Michael was always willing to go the extra yards to assist both the vendor and buyer nothing was to hard or minor to ignore. He gave us all his experience and knowledge of the market being fully transparent and totally honest throughout the whole process. Ten out of ten he made the process very easy
In the tuff times we are now in I can’t thank Michael enough he made what I thought was going to be a headache a very easy job . Please look at the climate we are in and he got the money we asked for and not once did he try to negotiate me down so thanks for being truthful and working for me .

Very happy with Nick and the Barry Plant Gladstone Park team
We asked Nick for a selling approach which was sensitivity to the family needs. Nick and the Barry Plant team were polite and we felt secure that our home was being looked after in a process where strangers were in our home. Management of expectations is always difficult in a declining market, and overall our family was satisfied with the result we achieved.
