Helped a lot with selling my property
Gave me great advice, was correct in everything he tried to tell me about selling my property and what the market was looking like in this area. Knows the areas he works in very well and will give an accurate picture of what you can expect to get for a property you may need to sell. Worked very hard and handled a lot of back and forth with the buyer to negotiate a deal for my property. Hard worker and does his upmost to ensure he gets as good a deal as possible for you.

Very Helpful Agent
We purchased our first family home from Richard at auction and he was helpful and honest. He was available every time we asked him for an inspection after the purchase, he even made a huge effort to sort out everything for us prior to settlement.
