A delight from beginning to end

We first touched base with Kate when we were thinking of looking for a forever home. It took a few months for us to decide what we wanted and she was never pushy. But when we were ready there was no question that we would choose to go with her. The whole process was seamless from the start. Kate was friendly, professional and honest and never sought to pump up our tyres or gave an inflated indication of what she thought we could get. The result was sensational.
