I was a bit concerned at the timing of it all as I was to be away for 3 weeks on holiday during the marketing time. As it turned out Barry Plant Lilydale had the house sold and signed up unconditionally within ten days of it going on the market, so I had no need to worry further, especially as the full deposit was paid prior to my leaving for a holiday.
