We engaged the Services of Barry Plant Real Estate of Melton. Our Agent was Ned Nikolic. Ned visited our property to discuss our best options. We discussed Marketing strategies ranging from Advertising and various promotional activity. Ned had prepared a comprehensive Information Pack including detailed analysis of similar properties previously sold in our area. From this analysis we were able to agree on our asking price. Ned has extensive knowledge and experience of the Melton area. With confidence and without hesitation we agreed to engage Ned and his Selling Strategies. Within a couple of days the photographer arrived on time and within a couple of more days the Property For Sale sign was erected. The Internet marketing was online almost immediately.
