Regrettably, this positive narrative was tarnished by my dealings with her colleagues, Peter and Tyla. My experience with them, particularly during an apartment inspection, was fraught with issues that compelled me to communicate my grievances, which Carly handled perfectly. The absence of prior communication about Peter's unavailability for weekend inspections and Tyla's subsequent handling of the inspection were major points of contention. Tyla's tardiness and lack of preparation, coupled with a disregard for my explicit requests for privacy, not only caused undue stress but also reflected poorly on Barry Plant's professionalism. This inconsistency in service quality, marked by Carly's exceptional professionalism against the backdrop of Peter and Tyla's unprofessionalism, highlighted a pressing need for improved communication and professionalism within the team. While Carly's efforts were commendable, the overall experience was diminished by shortcomings that I hope will be addressed to ensure a uniformly high standard of service for all clients.
