Con was sending updates monthly before we were selling. We had a two year history. He built a rapport with us. That’s why we went with Con as opposed to other agents. We felt comfortable and trusted his expertise on what’s happening with the property market. As sellers Con showed us data and explained everything as to get the best result. Con is always on time approachable friendly and above all gets the job done. Highly recommend Con for you property needs.

From our first appraisal with Jay and Imogen we knew we were in the right hands! Jay is a true professional, a down to earth realist, who helped navigate us through the process and emotions of selling our beautiful home.
Jay Moxon
We were first introduced to Jay via Nicole Rowe from Ian Reid Vendor Advocates. We found Jay to be very personable and friendly and put us at ease straight away. Jay kept us informed throughout the campaign and any questions we had were answered promptly. On Auction Day, Jay showed his professionalism and advice on how the auction would proceed. He was successful in obtaining a great result for us! Thank you Jay!!
