Jay was fantastic, I called to ask about a property which was unfortunately sold they day before. Jay stopped me from getting off the and followed up with "what are you looking for" he then informed me of another property he was selling which for what ever reason I just didn't see. I had high expectations of Barry Plant Real Estate. as they were at the time the best performing real estate agent in my area. I was not disappointed. Con assisted me with the sale of my unit in July. Hayley from the get go applied her exceptional customer service in all viewings of properties, her knowledge and answers on questions asked was applied and answered, if Hayley wasn’t 100% sure she got back to me with them. We felt extremely comfortable with Con from the get-go. He advised us on what selling strategies would work best (e.g. completely decluttering our two bedroom unit) and was able to justify his opinions (rather than telling us that something needed to happen, but providing no real reason). During our campaign, Con kept us up to date on recent comparable sales in the area, the amount of interest in our property and feedback from potential buyers. He also responded quickly to any questions and/or concerns we had, throughout the process. As a result, we felt confident that we had staged our Open for Inspections to a high standard and that our price guide was reasonable/achievable. When the state went into lock-down again, he gave us his honest opinion as to what our options were - and despite our initial hesitation to do an online auction, we achieved an excellent result on the day. I have to give full credit to Con, Jay, Hayley and Chloe, who adapted quickly and managed our online auction in such a professional manner. Overall, I highly recommend Con Kara and the team at Mill Park/South Morang Barry Plant.
