Professional Agent and Excellent Service
Simon has an excellent knowledge of our local market and provided us with a reasonable sale price range. We were very happy that he was then able to achieve a sale in the top end of the price range. Simon was always open and honest in his communications with us, he kept in very regular contact and he was really a pleasure to deal with at all times. We would definitely recommend Simon to any prospective sellers.

Fantastic Outcome during difficult and uncertain times
After Simon took over the selling of our block of land at Hidden Valley he found many interested parties within a short space of time. We were very happy with the price offered. Simon kept in contact with us during the whole process right up to the end, he was always very courteous and polite. He even went out of his way and sent us a photo of the sale sticker on the For Sale Board. Well done and thank you so much Simon.

Absolutely fantastic to work with
We purchased our first house during the first month of the covid-19 pandemic. We had met Sarah the previous year when looking at another property. When speaking to her again we were happy that she remembered us and was beyond accomodating to help us with seeing the property and answering all questions we had. We found Sarah a delight to deal with, she was friendly, gave plenty of information, wasnt pushy, and updated us as much as possible to help us make a decision in our own time. Achieved the sale of our property while meeting all our expectations
