A great experience
We engaged Chris to sell our property as we also originally purchased the property through Chris as well. Chris has great knowledge of the area, easy to talk to and realistic on what the current market is doing He kept us up to date along the way, and achieved a result we were very happy with!

Not your typical Armani suit wearing, Maserati driving, slick hairdo wearing guy... Just a normal bloke trying to make a living like the rest of us...... Will call a spade a spade, will do the work, won’t pretend, just to get the listing. Has ethics, conscience and morals, unlike many in this industry. A refreshing change actually!! Sold our house after the first open. In the price range that we were expecting. Easy going, honest and the kind of bloke you want to get shit faced with at your local.... Would go with Chris in a heart beat beat any day of the week.....

SOLD in 3 days
I highly recommend Danae Eden, Chris Berryman and their team at Barry Plant Mornington. Together, they sold my late Mum’s home in Mount Eliza in just 3 days with 2 full days of private inspections and at a price myself and my siblings were very happy with. I can imagine it would be tough dealing with not 1 but 3 vendors, however Chris & Danae were professional and compassionate considering the circumstances and kept us all thoroughly informed.
