We had a great experience selling our property through Barry Plant, Noble Park. Due to a few moving parts, we worked with Sohail, Abby and Tim to sell our townhouse in Dandenong. I always found their communication to be friendly, positive and constructive. It was a pleasure working with their team and we felt we were in safe hands throughout the sale process. We were keen to get the property on the market quickly and Sohail managed to organise everything very promptly. We had loads of interest in the property and Abby was able to get us across the line to achieve a great final price. We were really happy with the outcome. After a long and unproductive campaign with a previous agent, our attempt to sell was stagnant. We had no serious buyer interest. The only offer we had on the table was 10% below market value.
