When my daughter and I walked into Barry Plant's Office it was with the intention of having a 5-minute chat with 'someone' concerning the sale of my property. We intended consulting with a few different Agents in the area. Tim gave us his undivided attention, offered advice and instilled in us a confidence that was very reassuring. By the time we left the Office I had signed on the dotted line without any pressure whatsoever from Tim. My daughter and I felt we had made the right decision in putting our faith in Tim. Tim was fantastic from start to finish. My mum had sold her property 20 years earlier with Stickley family and when the time to sell came up again she was comforted knowing she was back in the hands of Tim. He showed care and compassion to Mum with the sale of her home, and used his knowledge of real estate to advise us on the best possible marketing strategy. We were able to contact Tim at any time and he always patiently and honestly explained his advice so we felt at ease following his direction. He never once made any promise he didn’t deliver on, and when it came to the advertising the price range of the house it was spot on, and the final sale price was the most wonderful result, and this was all because of his knowledge, his transparency, his honesty and his care and compassion. Tim is the sort of agent the new persons to the industry should use as a benchmark. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for everything.

We have dealt with Tim over a number of home sales including deceased estate within the family and our own home. He had never given us any reason to think he is nothing but 100 % honest and he doesn’t inflate estimations just to get us to list. On this last sale he achieved exactly what he said he would. For us on real estate trust and honestly is at the top of the criteria, Tim ticks this box every time.
