Liza has been a pleasure to deal with,!in both the purchase of my new house and sale of my old. She was excellent at explaining the process, and made sure I had all information required for both the purchase and sale. Very efficient, and patient, Liza is very knowledgeable of the market and went above and beyond to try to co-ordinate the settlement dates for a smooth transition. Liza definitely made the process so much more seamless and enjoyable. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Liza on my house sale. From finding potential buyers to helping me negotiate an ideal price, she was always available and communicated after each inspection regarding the potential buyers and her follow-ups with them. She also profoundly understood the housing market in my area, which allowed me to get the deal within the time when market situation was quite challenging because of the lack of buyers in the market due to high interest rates
