My experience with the property manager so far hasn't been very good, she has shown little to no interest in helping me sort important utilities such as internet, or fixing one of the blinds that is broken since I moved in. The property was also filthy when I moved in. At least the property report does mention the place was not clean, but the state of the property was quite shocking.
