Laura Lake is our agent and she is fabulous she always goes out of her way to help in any way that she can, is easy to be able to contact on the phone which is important for us, trying to get repairs done can be difficult without good communication with your agent but we have communication in spades with Laura. The one on one contact with Laura has made our life easier.

The property manager is very difficult to reach by phone. We have the feeling the current tenant is stalling the move in date and the property manager appeared complicit in this, citing the very slightest of reasons (a small smudge in the floor tiles and the small damage in the flyscreen door which can be repaired while they are already moved in). Because of this, we are missing out on rental payments which we badly need for mortgage repayments. We requested the property manager to get a tradie to fix the screen more than two weeks ago but this still has to be fixed as of this review. This is just terrible service.
