We were the buyers for 35 Koala Street Cowes. ( Land) We first met Greg when he showed a few houses in Phillip Island. Greg handled the dealings in a very professional and unbiased manner. He clearly communicated with us about the vendors expectations. Therefore, the purchase could be finalized promptly. Greg also complied with our request to assist with advising us on the low hanging telephone lines and advice on the tree cutting processes. He has also assisted us in introducing to our neighbors. This extra assistance was given after the purchase. We are very grateful to him. We shall look forward to assigning all our future real estate matters to Greg Without any hesitation.
