Sale of Point Cook home.

After having interviewed a number of agents, we felt that Sarah Pope from Barry Plant brought with her a conviction that she could achieve a price within her estimate, particularly when we were seeking a price much higher than the average. "Giving it a go," as so often told to us from other agents, was simply not going to cut it. Sarah indicated at our initial meeting that, due to the quality of our home, she would need to go away and think about the valuation carefully. Within 24hours, we received her detailed advice. The property sold within her estimated range, which was nearly $50,000 higher that the maximum estimated by other agents.
