Fantastic , couldn’t ask for more!

I met Nunzio a few years ago while I was in Melbourne. I did not engage him back then as I was not planning to sell my home. Early this year, my family and I moved interstate and we decided to sell my investment property. I engaged Nunzio and he never fail to impress me. His integrity, excellent customer service and diligence was top notch! He was very flexible and he is quick with returning phone calls and emails! Nothing was too difficult for him.My house was sold for a good price and within a short time frame. Because he is a people person and he knows the industry best, he could engage well with my tenants, hence tenants were very co-operative and was willing to have an open house regularly. Nunzio kept me updated with potential buyers and their comments about my home. He also follow through with the potential buyers and my tenants which made the sale process smooth sailing.
