I was lucky enough to deal with Ross on the sale of a property in Reservoir whilst I was busy working overseas in Germany. This meant that I had to find someone that I could fully trust and have faith that they will deliver the required result. Well it came down to two agents and Ross stood out somewhat in his follow up as I had a partner owning the other 50% of the property which added to the complexity of the sale. Ross had extreme patience with us both and made himself available as needed whilst we had a 10 hour time difference between Australia & Germany at that time of the year. Ross and his team delivered the exact result we needed from the sale of the property on auction day which I thought was not going to happen after the property got passed in short of our target.
