Honest communication with local area knowledge
In my dealings with Ross, I always felt that he understood how emotional the experience of selling our much-loved family home of almost 50 years was. He listened and gave honest, sound and professional advice based on his knowledge of the local area. He kept us informed of how things were going, and invited us to share our thoughts and ideas with him. Dealing with Ross was a breeze. Very professional.
I chose Ross as my agent as Barry Plant Reservoir appeared to consistently get great results in my area. His easygoing demeanor, knowledge and in particular his patience in what turned out to be a very difficult environment (separation) was second to none! Absolute professional!

Ross is great!
I live in Queensland and as you can imagine trying to sell a house remotely is very difficult. However Ross was suggested to me and I have worked with Ross to get everything in place for the auction. It took me a while to get myself set up for the auction, finding documents and that type of thing. Ross was very supportive, provided advice and kept me up to date with the market in Melbourne. Ross worked hard to find buyers, he reported to me after every open house or contact about the house and kept me aware of the market in Melbourne. Ross achieved a significant figure above the reserve - enough to pay for the capital gains tax - I'm a very satisfied client - thank you Ross!

Exceptional service
We sold three properties at once , & employed three different agents to do the job. Harry sold our Reservoir property , simply put we wish Harry sold all three properties. His service & market knowledge far surpassed the other agents we used. I would definitely use Harry again his sales methods are great, & we had a very smooth & well run sales campaign. Highly recommend Ross!
We feel very lucky to have had Ross selling our property. From our first meeting, we were kept informed about everything that was happening. From the sign going up, to open house updates and potential purchasers, we were updated with emails or phone calls. As we were having trouble selling with our previous agent, and then moving to Barry Plant, we know that Ross worked hard for us, getting people through the property, then negotiating a decent price for us.
