I have always been skeptical when dealing with Real Estate Agents in the past, and was apprehensive as far as my trust goes, when my elderly mother asked me to help her sell her home. When Meeting with Paul Cunnington and Tullie Roberts, they were friendly from the outset, they listened to my mother directly, answered her questions but I was still concerned just because they were Agents. My fear was unjust, as this team was Professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Not only were they successful in selling my mother home, but they were HONEST in the manner they conducted themselves and there communication. 27th February requested to take Authority to place my property up for Auction on 7th April 2018. 20th March Craig & Claire come to my home for a meeting to discuss progress of campaign We discuss some strategies to entice/generate more interest 3rd April decision made - we decide to push Auction date out to 21 April 7th April 2018 SOLD SOLD at my floor limit. Immensely happy I AM :) At every stage of the way we discuss a plan , feedback after every inspection (5 or 6), an amendment to strategy to work with the current market, then perfectly executed just the way I wanted it.
