We met Paul at two properties he was involved in selling, and we ended up buying the second one. I would describe Paul as passionate in his representation of the vendor, but a genuine person who seems to manage to look after the prospective buyers' interests as well. When he new my elderly mother as interested in a property with a stair chairlift, he made sure before the open for inspection that he new how to operate it, so that mum could try it out. As I said, a very genuine man who looks after all the parties concerned in the real estate transaction.

We sold at auction with an acceptable outcome.
They did a great job in selling our townhouse. Negotiated the price upwards after the auction passed it in. As always the seller (that's us) always wants more and the buyer wants the cheapest deal. In the end we can say we were happy with the result.

Exceeded Expectations!
Craig is open and honest in his communication and recommended we do a VIP open for our property which resulted in a very quick sale. We were advised from other local agents that our price was higher than we should expect but Craig never faulted and was confident that we could get the price we wanted. Our property was sold after only 2 opens and for a price that exceeded our expectations and those of other local real estate agents. We would highly recommend Craig and Barry Plant to others. After going through vendor advocacy/hocking stuart who couldnt sell our property, we engaged paul, at barry plant to sell our property in rosebud. This was our holiday house. We had no problem, with his professionalism, his methods of selling etc. we are happy with the result, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

From the moment we met Paul we felt comfortable and at ease which as a Vendor you need to have that connection and given the property had been in the family for 75 years it was an emotional journey for us to which Paul was respectful and calming, Paul's expertise and market knowledge within the Rosebud area was fantastic and during the process of our sale he kept us fully informed of potential buyers in the market. Along comes Auction day and whilst we didn't think it could get better Paul came into his element the moment that Auction bell rang did a fantastic job to achieve a price we were more than happy with.
