As part of the sale of our property in Rosebud we reviewed several agents as well as considered referrals. What to expect: We engaged with Paul at Barry Plant to obtain an appraisal and were super impressed with his candid openness and ability to justify the expected market rate for the property. We received good sound advice from Paul throughout the sale process which also helped us prepare the property and deliver the best possible Auction result on the day. The services from Barry Plant included a walk through from all team members and we were introduced to the Director and key personnel that would be assisting with the sale. Throughout the marketing campaign, within 5 minutes of the end of each open inspection, Paul kept us updated with potential buyers and expectations. We met several times to review the marketing progress after every open inspection and provided an insight into what we could expect on Auction day including potential buyer feedback on the property. The auctioneering skills and negotiation were excellent on the day and Paul rose to the challenge of achieving our expected sale price. Throughout the post sale of the house, Paul continued to keep in contact and updated us with the process. Where we encountered some small bumps in the process, Paul was able to smooth these out with his professionalism and communication and this is where is shone through as a trusted agent.
