The first words from our fabulous agent was" I am here to help." We had our house listed for 4 months with a previous agent who had let us down with their lack of vigour. Very knowelable and professional agent
Paul was an easy choice due to his professional manner and knowledge of the market. He was able to present options to suit me when selling my house and I was very happy with the outcome. Experience and skills count!!

Outstanding help throughout the process
Paul was an incredible help throughout the process of buying my first home. We inspected the property on multiple occasions, all of which he was friendly and helpful. When we wanted an additional inspection outside of the arranged hours, he was more than happy to assist. Being a first home buyer, the auction process was challenging - Paul was great providing guidance and advice on multiple occasions which helped place us in the best possible position in the lead up to, during and post auction.

Attentive and repectful agent
Paul had my mothers best interest when selling her home. His manner and explanation of the process was exceptional. In the medical world we would say, Paul has a 'great bedside manner', very reassuring and nothing is a bother. Paul came in with a no bull attitude. he gave us a range what he thought our house was worth. On auction day he delivered the top end of our range. VERY HAPPY!!! He was also great to deal with all the way through the campaign and even afterwards. We will definitely be giving him the next property when and if we are to sell.
