On one occasion, when I had worries on local council regulations that may affect the property, I got a straight answer, with technical figures in just one minute. After meeting 3 other local area agents, Stan really stood out as the best option for selling my home for his honesty, approachability and personality. Stan understood exactly how to market the property, recommending wonderful staging which made the world of difference reframing the home. He was able to guide me in what needed to be addressed before listing the home, and was great in responding to communication. I was very satisfied with the sale price, achieved within range in less than a week. Selling just before Christmas felt like a huge challenge, but Stan really assisted in getting the property ready, following up trades and generating interest before the property went online. From start to finish Stan made the selling process as easy as possible and got a great result too. Negotiation was relatively stress free.
