It's only Sold when both the Vendor and Buyer agree - the in between is 'negotiations'

Real Estate Agents / Car Salesman / Door Door Salesman etc all talk about SOLD! What makes Phi different? It's the P word....Proactive. Phi was proactive in his communications with me eg. setting up a social media channel for our communications. Phi was Proactive with the inspections eg. not settling for standard Sat PM and even offering 1-1 inspections during the week. Phi was Proactive when it mattered most - the interested buyer who isn't a 'tyrekicker' and comes for a 2nd or 3rd inspection.
