Working with Phi was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Selling a home can be stressful, but Phi made the entire process feel smooth, straightforward and well managed. His communication was excellent. After every open inspection, he promptly contacted us with buyer feedback and updates, ensuring we always knew what was happening. He listened carefully to our requests, was quick to respond and always made us feel that our concerns mattered. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. On one occasion, he even made a special trip to the property to switch off the main power after we accidentally left it running. It’s those little things that show genuine care and dedication.
