To Whom It May Concern, We first met Rick O’Halloran from Barry Plant Real Estate after being referred by my daughter, as he had previously SOLD 2 of her properties and she was very happy with him. I have always been a bit sceptical of what agents say and I had a very closed mind on the matter of agents. My first impression of Rick O’Halloran was extremely professional and friendly, both of us felt comfortable straight away, by the time he had left we felt like there was a friendship forming and that he would do everything to sell our home at the price we wanted, our home was not going to be an easy house to sell because it was at the high end price for Hoppers Crossing. The photos were taken 2 days later and it was on the Internet 2 days after that, we were encouraged to have an open house the next Saturday, which I wasn’t comfortable about but Rick assured us that it was the best thing to do. He was right because out of that open house we got our buyer. Rick sold our property for what we wanted and it was only on the market for 12 days. We have been so pleased with Rick, and the way he has successfully SOLD our property. We have a very unique property with a unit at the rear on a large block which we felt had to be marketed with an agent who had sold similar properties before.
