Having never sold a property before Andrew communicated every step of the process, kept us informed and provided valuable advice on the sale of our property. We were auctioning our house and due to changes in COVID rules, the government provided little notice to changes in the way auctions were to be conducted. Andrew had 24 hours to change auction time and date and inform all interested buyers to attend the auction. The property was sold at auction and over reserve. We were very happy with the result and with Andrew and his team members. I would highly recommend Andrew to any prospective seller and would definitely engage Andrew again.
