Andrew from Barry Plant is nothing but professional, polite and on time. I used Andrew to help sell a friends house after he was looking at selling he’s house to fund full tome care, things took a quick turn and needed up in care before much got organised. Andrew was more than willing to meet with us at both the aged care home to assist with paperwork, and assist me with learning what’s involved in selling a home. He has great references for both handy men (House req plaster and paint work after the wheel chair had left its impressions) and also assisted with other info regarding what colours to go with, replacement of the carpet and just other helpful hits to ensure a quick and rewarding sale. Once the house was on the market, I got regular updates on interest and offers, and we sold the house very quickly for much more than I was expecting. It was sold within 2 weeks, with a great offer, sort settlement and that’s what we needed in this case. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Andrew again! Keep it up mate!
