Feels like home
Thank you to Las and the team at Barry Plant Taylors Lakes for handling the sale of our home. Selling our beloved home was a big and emotional decision for us. Very Happy
Las and Alki were outstanding. Selling a property is usually a daunting experience however Alki and Las worked extremely well as a team. Alki was in constant contact assisting me through the process. Amazing Agent!
Andrew is the real estate agent every vendor should know about. He is passionate about selling your home and only wants what's best for you as a vendor. This comes across through his family values and make you feel like he is apart of your own family and looks after you as if you were his, as a vendor it's incredibly genuine and comforting. His communication throughout the whole process was astounding. Always kept us up to date with information and always kept us in the loop day in day out! He has a great market knowledge and is immersed within key areas and knows what potential each property has and is continually providing up to date market information. Selling your home can be emotionally tough. Andrew is not just an agent but he is your friend throughout the process with incredible knowledge. As a vendor I would seek Andrew time and time again.

I found Barry Plant to be extremely professional, especially Andrew with his dedication to achieving a great result on selling my property. YOU BEAUTYYYYY!!!!!
What do we write about this young man that would do justice to the service he has given us. Service which has resulted in these emotions that have overwhelmed us since the auction of our house. We decided to go with Andrew as we had been to a few of his open houses and auctions. What impressed us was his ability to follow up like a hound (with a certain niceness about the follow ups so you never get offended) and provide the most relevant information in the most appropriate manner. Right from the start of the process, he was happy to guide us through, cop 50 million phone calls every day to answer our queries and most importantly was true to his form in terms of following up the prospects and advising us on the progress. By the end of it all, we had a good idea on who the real potential buyers were. As an owner of a property you are about to sell, you can't help but feel concerned and unsettled but he was with us right through making us feel at ease with his gusto which was never dishonest but always professional. I remember having a discussion with him a week before our auction, he said "I will get you a great result" with a great amount of enthusiasm + optimism evident in his tone. Lo and behold, we have ended up getting a result we couldn't be happier with. I thank you for your efforts Andrew and hope to see you continue your great success with some of the other properties in our market.

Outstandingly excellent Agent!!!
Again, Sash did an amazing job with all aspects in the lead up to the auction of my property on Saturday. He kept me totally abreast with all information regarding the open days, the numbers through the property and their comments. This time Sash called the Auction and I was very pleased with the manner in which he ran it and the way he got the crowd involved on a bitterly cold day which ending up give me a fantastic result. Andrew Koulaouzos is the whole package! We have had prior dealings with Andrew and had kept in touch, and did not hesitate when it came to deciding who we wanted to select to sell our Property. Andrew's passion for Realty is second-to-none, and clearly shines though in his knowledge of the market and customer engagement to drive the best possible outcome for his customers. Andrew is very personable and uncannily identifies how each of his customers 'tick' and approaches his customers accordingly, making you feel comfortable and that you are good hands. In fact, Andrew got to understand us so well that he actually found and advised us of a Property that he felt suited our needs and arranged a private viewing - all before it hit the market - which, with his fantastic support, we ended up buying at auction! So not only was Andrew pivotal in us in buying a new Property, but he also drove our sales campaign to the best possible outcome, seeing us selling prior to auction and in less than two weeks of the campaign beginning, and at a price that was right at the top end of our expectations. We cannot recommend Andrew Koulaouzos enough, and frankly there are not enough rating stars to truly represent his knowledge, professionalism and commitment to his customers

Professional and easy going!!
