Expertise with a smile.
Las was and is the absolute professional. We both bought and sold with Las. He was supportive during the purchasing process, keeping us up to date with the offer put forward while also allowing us to revisit the property so that we could be reassured of our decision to purchase. During the sale of our current home, Las informed us on market trends and gave us great advice on what could expect and how to go about it. Wow!! Well, where do I start? After having a stressful experience with our first real estate agent with no luck of selling our property in 3 months, we decided to change over to Andrew. I was extremely nervous the second time round, as you could imagine. Upon meeting Andrew to sealing the deal, it has been the most remarkable, stress free experience.
