Barry Plant Wantirna have managed my property for a number of years now after I become frustrated with the lack of attention from another agency. Initially I was impressed with the way my change of management was going but after a while the same detached attitude surfaced which even necessitated discussions with Partners. Then; in my opinion; things went downhill rapidly with the advent of the Barry Plant office not only embracing technology but forcing their Landlords to utilize this online platform taking all of the personal identity away. Not what I'm paying for. I don't want to field questions from a computer based entity and I dont need constant emails demanding that I perform task to the priority set by a scheduling program. I was so close to moving away and locating another agent to manage my property, and then along came Molly Rainey! I like to put a face to a name so went out of my way to attend at the office and meet her face to face. It was a brief meeting, but enough for me to express some concerns and form my own conclusions based on her reactions, attitude and answers. From that time forwards I have been very pleased with my management. I'm very glad she was given a portfolio of properties that included mine. She understands that there are still old school clients that feel the need for a professional yet personal touch. She isn't afraid to give me a call if it's important, and still spends the time to drop me an email if its a simple issue or if I need to be up to speed with something. I've handed her the reins and allowed her to book contractors when the tenant was in trouble and I wasnt able to attend and have been very pleased with her choices and the costs of those decisions. Her mannerisms and phone etiquette is exemplary. I couldn't wish for anyone better to entrust with my investment.
