Brendan Murphy is the best real estate agent out there. He is professional, polite, well presented but most importantly he is matter-of fact, no nonsense and he does what he says he will do. We struggled to find a local agent from out area who we were comfortable with and were given a word-of-mouth recommendation to talk to Brendan. He gave a realistic valuation, and backed it in with the sale price, which was at the upper end of what we thought we could achieve. He attended every open for inspection, which meant he knew the potential buyers on the day of the auction. He contacted us after every open for inspection and gave a summary of who attended and their level of interest. We felt confident throughout the whole process because Brendan knew what he was doing & gave us good advice. I do not normally give a review unless the service is exceptional, which it is with Brendan.
