he kept as informed as to what was happening he was very professional.
I did not have a lot of contact with dean only occasionally during the sale lead up but on those occasions and particularly on auction day when he kept as informed as to what was happening he was very professional.

his knowledge of the area at auction was outstanding.

He worked really hard for our sale and deserves to be recognised for his professional and relatable approach. managed to sell it prior to the Auction which was huge weight of our shoulders!!
After being on the market with another agent and having no success in selling.. We decided to reach out to Dean & Chris as we had heard amazing things from a relative who had sold through them in the past. Dean’s communication throughout the process was impeccable as well as how patient he was with us during a very stressful period and a settlement fast approaching. We got the price we needed and managed to sell it prior to the Auction which was huge weight of our shoulders!!

fantastic result above expectations.
We gave all of our trust in Dean when selling our property. We were originally scheduled for Auction but Dean felt the best strategy was to sell prior and we ended up with a fantastic result above expectations. All of his recommendations proved to be correct! Dean’s explanation of the process was phenomenal. It was an extremely easy process selling with Dean and his team Chris, Chloe and Beth. We felt they would do absolutely anything for us during our time on the market. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
