My experience with Daniel and his team was excellent from start to finish. Lots of info was provided at the start of the process and when there were issues along the way with the seller, Daniel and team were very helpful and quickly sorted out the issues. I would recommend him and the team to anyone looking to sell their property.

Daniel was very professional, courteous and always kept us informed as to what was happening. He was a great listener and presented a marketing plan that suited us. We found him to be a great communicator and fantastic negotiator. We also appreciated the team he has that work with him to achieve a terrific result that exceeded our expectations.

Daniel and his team have provided nothing short of a first class service for the sale of our property. From the very first meeting right up to pre-settlement, the team were always available to talk through any concerns we had, they kept us informed of new developments as soon as they arose, and all worked tirelessly to get as many private inspections through the door as possible prior to sale. I cannot recommend Daniel, Sarah & Ricko enough! Thank you!

From inspection right through to the end stages of settlement, Sarah has displayed great market knowledge and has been transparent throughout the whole process. She not only provided us with the facts, but also gave her personal opinion which helped us feel that she was not only a knowledgable person, but also an approachable representative for Barry Plant. Sarah was always open to answering all of our questions and kept us informed which made us feel like a valuable stakeholder as we were constantly kept in the loop. Sarah's style of communication was very friendly and open. Sarah exceeded our expectations in representing her company and herself as a working professional. She strives to achieve the companies goals but also puts her best foot forward in assisting her clients in creating pathways to achieve their own hopes and dreams.

We first met Daniel and his team when we purchased a house in the Scoresby area. At the time we were impressed with his honesty and knowledge of the market, hence, why when it came time to sell, we went straight to him and didn’t even consider another agent. Throughout our whole campaign we felt Daniel and his team kept us informed, and more importantly had our back. Daniel, Sarah and Ricko worked tirelessly and in the end got us a price, on the day of our Auction, that we were happy with. We feel very grateful to Daniel, Sarah and Ricko for the way they went into bat for us. We really felt like they were on our side and we appreciated their honesty and understanding of our situation and what we hoped to achieve. We highly recommend Daniel and his team at Barry Plant if you are looking to sell your home. They will not disappoint!! Matt and Nicole

Met Daniel at a another inspection a few weeks back and he introduced himself to us. We have been in the market for a while but could not find anything. Within a few weeks Daniel found us a home, supported us and we bought our dream home. As much as Daniel claims he was a good footy player for Knox Falcons, I know he is a much better agent than a player. Now we await for Daniel to sell our home. Great agent, breathe of fresh talent that has been straight out with us from the moment we met him. We recommend Daniel and will spread the word of our great experience into the area.
