Prior to listing with Barry Plant, we had engaged the services of another agent.. Brendan is not a typical pushy or aggressive salesman. His strength however is his calmness. He was able to 'read' buyers and gave us good advice during the campaign. He was very responsive to any inquiries (big or small) we had. He kept us updated after open inspections and gave both positive and negative feedback on our property. He connected us with contacts when we needed recommendations. We were happy with him, his team and the outcome.

They were always honest in our discussions and were not afraid to give good advise, even when it may not have been what we wanted to hear.
