We had lived in our house for 16 years and we're looking to down size. We meet Daniel through this process. He appeared keen to follow up and showed interest and suggested various properties to us. Through this process we felt a mutual respect and decided to give the opportunity to sell our property to Daniel. Our property was due for auction. Through the open for inspection process we were given both verbal and written reports. With these follow up reports it was decided to follow up buyers before auction as this would achieve the best result for us. So the property sold before auction at a price that we had in mind before we started this process. One can never say that it was the best possible price all we can say is that we felt it was at the upper end of expectation. We would strongly recommend Daniel and his team and believe him to be a very good negotiator with clear verbal advise and listening skills.

Having used several different agents in recent years, we are constantly looking for ways to maximize the return on our investments. Price is always the end goal, but you need someone you can work with too. We had recently been introduced to Daniel and his capable team, and after several discussions decided it was time to change things up, and list with him. The campaign ran very smoothly with useful communication back each week. Advertising was successful and open for inspection numbers were very strong, as were the private inspections during the week. Having a team able to speak in English and Chinese helped break down communication barriers and opened up our property to potential buyers we may not have reached otherwise.
